Training the Mind

What: Study Group

Where: Aro Ling Buddhist Centre for the Arts & Meditation

When: Wednesday mornings 11am to 12pm


This Wednesday study group is running every week until Christmas

Join us for a relaxed discussion of Chogyam Trungpa’s ‘Training the Mind’ every Wednesday morning led by Lama She-zer Khandro.  This book teaches on the 59 'slogan' (lojong) of Atisa.

All are welcome – adhoc attendance possible – please get in touch to find out what section of the book we are on if you wish to prepare in advance.

There is no charge. Donations towards the upkeep of the centre are welcome.

Drop In Meditation Group

What: Meditation Group (including basic instruction for beginners, if required)

Where: Aro Ling Buddhist Centre for the Arts & Meditation

When: Wednesday afternoons 12pm to 1pm

This Wednesday group is running every week until Easter.

All are welcome – this is a drop in session, intended for the whole spectrum of practitioner from the highly experienced to the complete novice.  It is a chance to pause during the working day, and make time for a formal meditation, in an informal setting.

There is no charge.  Donations towards the upkeep of the centre are welcome.
